Lights didn't work

The sweater fit nicely and the print was OK, though a little boxy/not as clear as it seemed it would be in the picture, but given that the image is blown up in real life, I guess that should have been expected. The lights, however did't work. I bought new batteries today and swapped them out, but still no lights. Seems like a common issue on the negative reviews of this product.

I ordered two sweaters but only received one. I have contacted the company multiple times and not received a response.
