Valid reasons for returns & exchanges are: size issues, wrong product shipped and damaged goods

Some items are not returnable or exchangeable. These items can include: All Customized items, socks,and underwear. Non-customized slippers can be returned if not worn. If you have any questions about the return policy of an item, please contact customer service before you purchase.

We accept returns* postmarked within 45 days from the date your order is fulfilled.

  • Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, not dried in the dryer and in new condition. 
  • Briefs and Underwear items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
  • Items that smell strongly of smoke, are covered in pet/human hair or have the size/tag cut or torn out are not returnable under any circumstance.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to us. We do not refund shipping fees.



If you have an issue with your order and/or order delivery, please contact us for resolution before filing a chargeback with your financial institution.  We appreciate the opportunity to resolve your concerns prior. We take pride in the quality and satisfaction of your order. If you do file a chargeback and it is resolved in our favor, you will be charged a $15 processing fee along with order total by Shopify (a Shopify regulation). Returns are assessed a processing fee. This fee includes the cost of the return shipping label and restocking.

Domestic returns: $6 processing fee

International returns: $20 processing fee
