I love it

Purchased a men’s sweater large. It was very, very small. I went through the process of requesting an exchange, which was very easy. Received a prepaid postage link. The link did not work when I try to get a hold of somebody no one responded. I tried the return company and I tried the website. Received no response after 5+ emails. I guess I won’t be able to return or exchange it because I can’t get resolution or anyone to call me back. Additionally now the larger size is out of stock. Very unhappy you will never ever shop here again.

The sweater was really funny and caught a lot of people's attention. The only part I didn't like was that it could easily loosen and come off. I think it would be nice if there were specific areas where I could attach a safety pin to hold it in place without it looking weird. Safety pins were provided in little bags but I didn't know where to connect it to and didn't want to puncture the plushie.

No damage

It looks great! Meant as a gift that's ungiven thus far. Should be a "Home Run" though... Shipped fast!!!

Hard to clean

I loved the Dwight Christmas sweater I ordered for my husband. It does run on the large side. Usually sweaters shrink a lot after washing so I ordered him a XXL but I should’ve ordered an XL. It fits him big but he says it’s part of the silliness of a Christmas sweater.
