The ugly sweaters from here are actually quite fun and even beautiful! I received one as a birthday gift and went back to buy more plus a few for my husband. They do run large though so don’t go up a size.

I received a defective sweater and sent an email to support asking how to return and replace by Christmas week. I got an automated response. Then I got this review request and responded that they probably don’t want me to write a review. Again I got an automated email. Today I tried to call. It rang 9x and went to a generic voicemail that asked if I knew the extension I was trying to reach. So now I have a defective sweater and zero customer service. Good times.

The sweater fit nicely and the print was OK, though a little boxy/not as clear as it seemed it would be in the picture, but given that the image is blown up in real life, I guess that should have been expected. The lights, however did't work. I bought new batteries today and swapped them out, but still no lights. Seems like a common issue on the negative reviews of this product.

I ordered two sweaters but only received one. I have contacted the company multiple times and not received a response.

I can't believe I'm writing this, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this sweater. It's actually of very high quality! And to boot, it's very comfortable and not at all scratchy. My husband saw me wearing this and immediately asked me why I didn't buy him one!

Fit perfectly, lights are immediately bright and obnoxious as intended, and the material is excellent quality!

The sweater was awesome, good quality and got a lot of compliments. The only thing I have to complain about is customer service. When I ordered the sweater originally, the wrong sweater was sent versus the one I ordered. I reached out and was told that it would take 15 days to return and get the correct sweater, so it would be better if I ordered a new one. So, of course before finding this out, I had already sent the sweater back to get a replacement. Now I'm having to send back the sweater that I had to purchase a second time to have it in time for my work Christmas party to find out I have to pay a fee to send it back. So not very happy with this.

It is so hard to find *actual* Christmas sweaters that aren’t just a sweater *printed* on sweatshirt fabric. I love the LEDs and the sizing was easy to understand so I chose the correct fit. Fra- geel-lay, sounds Italian.

The sweater is super soft, the sizing was great, and the lights were super bright. There’s fabric under the lights and details so it’s not itchy under that part. The shipping was also super fast which was much appreciated. It was a gift for my mom (A Christmas Story is her favorite) and she loved it.

Bummer. Love the sweater but bought new batteries and doesn’t light up. Just took it out of box. Disappointed the lamp doesn’t light up

I am a bit traditional when it comes to Christmas, and when I saw this sweater, it took me back. I know for sure I will win the competion this year. Thanks for the customer service, as I didn't initally get the item I ordered. Once they recognized, the mistake, they quickly changed the order and sent me what I needed in time for the party.
