Actual sweater, not printed or vinyl. I ordered a medium, but could have worn a small. I threw mine in the dryer on a steam setting, and it shrunk it down a bit. It worked great for me.

Sweater is soft, and true to size. As expected.

Its been 20 days and my order hasn't arrived yet. I have sent an email asking for it to be tracked as USPS has no record but no reply yet from customer service. Hopefully, they can help rectify the situation soon.

Was pleasantly surprised when I opened package. It is an actual soft, thick sweater. Not some flimsy material with print on fabric like I read in reviews on other websites with similar products. Wearing it to office ugly sweater party.

I placed my order and received fast delivery of the wrong size, not even close to what I ordered. I notified then and a day later received a call arranging overnight shipment of the correct size. So 1 star for first order, 5 stars for fixing the issue and I like the product.

There was an issue with the mailing adddress. So I emailed the customer service email immediately after placing my order. Four days later after it was shipped they responded to be email saying basically that it was too late to correct. My wife called when the delivery email came through and spoke to a customer service rep, that said the email is not manned so that’s why they responded so late. My wife fully explained the situation and was told by the rep that once the packaged was confirmed as delivered I could call back and they would refund my money. I did that, however the people I spoke to refused to do anything and told me that it was my fault and basically I’m out of luck. Mind you that they never addressed the fact that I sent an email requesting the address to be corrected within minutes of placing my order. I will be sure to share my experience to EVERYONE I know.

Bought this for my Dad and after opening my gift, he put it on immediately. It brought such a big smile to him and so much joy and laughter to our family Christmas party. The sweater itself is made of high quality material, very soft and fits true to size. Great gift and hit of the party….a real showstopper!!
