Lost package & hidden fees

Ordered our sweaters and after 3 weeks reached out regarding the status since the tracking number wasn’t working. The package was lost and they resent, which is fine but the fact that I had to figure out it was missing was a bit frustrating. Then they resent and once it came I was shocked to pay an additional $50 in brokerage fees. Additional fees beyond the shipping I paid on the website was not mentioned or posted anywhere within the purchase process. Really disappointing experience overall. Will not be recommending others to order from here or ordering from here again ourselves.

Nice sweater, crappy printing

The words are printed, not knitted, onto the sweater and have printing errors. It looks the the sweater got folded before the printing was dry. Maybe that's what really makes it ugly. . . The fabric feels nice, but with the quality of the design, I worry that it will hold up over time, and that the printing will last more than a couple of washings. Would not recommend.

GREAT Sweater!

LOVE This sweater, and I was so excited to find it on sale as well. Bought my wife the "Why is the carpet all wet Todd" version, and I picked up the "I don't know Margo" version. Sweaters are high quality, and comfortable! I typically order a large, which I originally ordered... but decided an XL would be a better fit just because I wanted a baggier comfy fit, and the Large was a slightly "fitted" on me. Higley recommend.

Surprised by the Quality

I ordered my sweaters for an ugly sweater party and because I loved the funny saying. What I didn't expect was the high quality fabric and superior workmanship. These are great sweaters.

Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings about this order. I thought the sweater quality is above average and feels like they will last a long time. We ordered two sweaters. My husband's is great, but after washing them exactly according to the label, the front of my sweater bled. It is still wearable and doesn't look awful, but it's a light shade of pink insted of white with red lettering. For the price we paid, I am dissapointed that this happened.
