Bob Ross Happy Little Holidays Sweater

The order was shipped over a week ago and I have gotten no notice about where it is and when it'll get here

I purchased three sweaters from this site on November 21. Tracking shows that they were expected to be delivered November 26, but it's now December 8 and they never arrived. I submitted a support request for help and never received a reply. I need these sweaters by December 11 and since the shipping said 3-7 days, I thought I purchased them well enough in advance. Now if I ever do receive them, it'll be too late. So if you're looking to buy some sweaters for the holidays, I recommend you look elsewhere. Sorry to leave a harsh review like this, but I don't know what else to do at this point.

It's perfect in every way

The sweater fit just as described, based on the size chart. I am very happy with my purchase, it looks just like I expected, and I cannot wait to wear it for my holiday party.
