The lights don’t work. I have emailed you twice with no response. The sweater is very cute but it is defective the lights don’t work a I’ve gotten no response to my two emails.

We got the wow’s as we walked in and even got a price for the “ugly sweater contest” because the lights were unique which the others in the contest did not have.

This sweater was a big hit among all the sweaters that were at our festivity.
They especially liked the lights. The only thing was that the people thought my sweater was to cute to be ugly. I had a wonderful time wearing my Tree Rex sweater. The only difficulty I had with the sweater was with the operational switch. Turning on and off the lights was a little difficult to operate as the switch was very small.

I only gave a 1 star because both sweaters I purchased for my (husband and me), the lights did not work!!! I was very disappointed. I tried new batteries too thinking that perhaps the batteries that came with both sweaters were defective, but did not work. I emailed customer service and have not heard from them. I was really bummed because they were for an ugly sweater party.

The most ugly christmas sweater I ever have found, so ugly it is!!

Love my sweater. It is very well made and the lights work well and are so cute. Very comfortable and easy to wear. My grandson loves it too. It did run a little small so I sized up. My upper arms are large and I had no problem with the sleeves being tight. I had searched many websites looking for a ugly sweater and couldn’t find one I liked. I have no negative comments about the sweater, the shipping, speed of delivery or quality. Very good company to deal with. I will be ordering from them next Christmas.

I ordered a 3X sweater and it fit well (with nice long sleeves) and I can't get over the fact that it lights up!!! I was happy the "do not remove if you want to return" tag was labeled very well and you couldn't accidently remove it. There's only one small thing I might consider changing. My sweater didn't come with batteries. I thought for the price that it might, but that's okay. I think maybe just include a note saying batteries not included and what size should be purchased.

I loved the Tree Rex sweater style and the tiny lights on the dinosaur. But I didn’t realize that I could only return it if the black clip wasn’t removed. I ordered a 2x but it was at least a size smaller. I wanted to wear a tee underneath to save on the wear and tear, which I won’t be able to do now. No laundering instructions were included. I planned to wear this to two parties, which I will still do. But this sweater won’t be useful next year (in 2023). If the goal of the company is to get repeat customers, I suppose they will get plenty. But I will not be amongst them. I don’t have much disposable money. So, I’m sorry to say that overall, I’m disappointed. Wish I could have returned it. (Nice little trick on your return policy, guys)

While I loved the look, feel, and size (fit as expected) of the sweater, half of the lights went out within a few hours of wearing it for the first time.

Absolutely great! I cannot wait to wear it!
