Buyer beware!

Ordered a custom sweater for an ugly sweater party, came in defective (missing a letter) you could see where the sweater was folded over when they printed the design. Contacted to get replaced, and instead they contacted local law enforcement over the text on the sweater. Are you kidding me??? Rather than not make a sweater they ship a defective one and contact the police. Over a phrase on a custom sweater. They contradict their own privacy policy and go out of their way to defame the comsumer. Do NOT buy this or any of their products for that matter, operated by a bunch of hypocrites.

Order two monogrammed sweaters. Got one in the wrong size and wrong monogram and one the wrong size. Sent back Botha and bought local.
